The Manchester Artists Association is pleased to announce a presentation by painter Peter Clive at our Monthly Membership Meeting on Monday Evening December 5, 2022. In his presentation entitled, Painting A Still Life With Dramatic Lighting, Peter will explore and demonstrate how to first sketch/block in a simple still life set up in charcoal while working from a plaster cast. This will be followed by developing the canvas utilizing two light sources in oil on a toned ground canvas.
